Having a miscarriage can be really difficult for a couple, especially for the mother. Merely thinking that she lost her baby can lead to depression. The coping capability of couples varies. There are several causes of miscarriages and one of them is the inability of the chromosomes to develop in the womb. Another cause is a deficiency in the hormone progesterone. Getting pregnant after a miscarriage should be done with proper prenatal care. Additionally, the woman should keep her body healthy by eating nutritious foods and doing physical activities.
